How a laureate is considered

Identity, record of service, achievements and supporting evidence are checked. Candidate and invited-person records remain separate from confirmed laureates.
3. Decision and conferral
The authorized Foundation process determines the award. Presidential signatures and ceremonial documents must be described according to their actual legal and protocol function.
